Most in stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering during business days, however some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
Should an item be back ordered, or an unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified as soon as possible. We ensure you that you will receive your Artichoke within a week from your order.
Once your order will be shipped you will receive an e-mail notification with the DHL tracking number.

Artichoke does not ship to all countries, but a vast majority of them. Here is the list of countries we ship to:

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of purchase and the item is as new* and in original packaging.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Please request a return writing an e-mail to info@artichokebags.com and wait for approval.
  2. If your return is approved, we will organize the pick up at the address of your choice.
  3. Once we receive the product and the conditions are as new, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase.

*”As new” condition for Artichoke is unwashed and unworn. Artichoke strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.
