Shipping and Returns
Most in stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering during business days, however some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
Should an item be back ordered, or an unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified as soon as possible. We ensure you that you will receive your Artichoke within a week from your order.
Once your order will be shipped you will receive an e-mail notification with the DHL tracking number.
Artichoke does not ship to all countries, but a vast majority of them. Here is the list of countries we ship to:
- EUROPE (Albania, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Norway and Malta)
- ASIA/AUSTRALIA (Australia, China, Hong Kong SAR China, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan)

All orders are subject to local sales tax
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of purchase and the item is as new* and in original packaging.
How to make a return
- Please request a return writing an e-mail to email@example.com and wait for approval.
- If your return is approved, we will organize the pick up at the address of your choice.
- Once we receive the product and the conditions are as new, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase.
*”As new” condition for Artichoke is unwashed and unworn. Artichoke strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.
THE 365 DAYS WARRANTY
All Artichoke goods are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 365 days from the date of original purchase. We will cover the cost to repair or replace, at our discretion, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover modified products or damage caused by improper care, abuse, accident or the natural breakdown of materials over time as a result of reasonable wear and tear. This limited warranty goes into effect on the original date of purchase and applies only to the original owner.
SUBMITTING A CLAIM
To submit a claim, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 5 business days for us to process your claim. We will contact you with questions, to request additional information, photos, or proof of purchase, or to ask that you send your item to us for evaluation.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item to us and we’ll take care of the rest. Please make sure that any item you send to us is clean! We want to protect our staff from possible pathogens, allergens and parasites (e.g. bodily fluids, pet dander and bed bugs). Any item deemed not freshly washed will be immediately returned to you for washing.
Examples of covered defects: Defective sewing/stitching, defective zippers, defective attachment
hardware, defective clips.
Examples of wear and tear that is not covered: Reasonable wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, and fading. Zippers that have broken due to misuse or accidents. Worn areas, including pilling, due to abrasion. Rusted buckles and issues with straps due to rusted buckles.
If we are unable to repair or replace your product, we may choose to send you a gift code for the amount shown on your proof of purchase or, if no proof of purchase is available, the most recent sale price of the product before tax.
